I'm fat but I don't have time to do exercises and to go on a diet. Can you give me some advice, please?

Dear Paula, your problem is very common in the busy life but I found some solutions for you.

If you cannot follow a diet you should try to make your food at home and take to your office. Or just eat some vegetables in the lunch, for example, carrots, asparagus or lettuce. Make a healthy dinner at home, like soup or fish can also be a good way of be healthy.  Doing that you can remove the junk food of your normal life, in the aftermath you can lost some weight and can take away some bad toxins from your body.

If you want lose weight but you don't have time to take care of your meals, you should try to do exercises, for instance, yoga, aerobics or running, after or before work instead of watching television. With this activities you can feel better, have a better healthy and body.

If you don't have time to work out, try to go work walking or cycling, use more the stairs or do some exercises in the weekend. For a good quality of life, you don't need to do exercises everyday, just conciliate a little bit of exercises with healthy food.

Brasilia, Brazil

Hello,

I'm so excited to teach you about my culture, city and habits.

JK bridg

I live in a city called Brasília, it is in the middle West of Brazil in a Federal District and it is the administrative capital of Brazil. It is a large city, about 2,469,489 people residing in the city. The weather is dry and hot most of the year, but there are months that are humid and rainy.

Brasilia is a very modern city, it was planned by Lucio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer in 1956. Today, Brasilia is the largest city in the world that did not exist at the beginning of the 20th century. There are lots of historical buildings, museums, shopping centers, parks, clubs and a lake.

The monument that I most like in Brasilia is the Ponte JK or JK Bridge, is very modern and there you can see the most beautiful sunset of the city. There are also the Palácio da Alvorada, it is where the Brazilian President lives. The buildings who represent the republic is located in Praça dos Três Poderes, the building are: Palácio do Planalto where is located the president office, Congresso Nacional represent the Legislative power and the Judicial branch, represented by Supremo Tribunal Federal

Dom Bosco Sanctuary

Brasilia has two beautiful churches, the most famous is the Catedral de Brasilia or Cathedral of Brasília it is a project made by Oscar Niemeyer, the other church is Santuario Dom Bosco or Dom Bosco Sanctuary, this place is for me the most beautiful church in the country, it was built of blue glass so when the sun shine everything inside the church become blue
Brasilia Shopping

There is a lot to do at night such as parties, going to the movie theater, restaurants, bars. By day there are many things to do like, watching movies, shopping, doing exercises, going to clubs, hanging out with friends, having lunch in a restaurant.

In my free time I like to go to Park Shopping, Pier 21 or Iguatemi with my family or friends, have lunch or dinner in good restaurants like Coco Bambu, Gero, Soho and Bela Cintra, walk in Aguas Claras park or in Pontão, bowling in Striker bowling, shopping or stay home.In my free time I like to go to Park Shopping, Pier 21 or Iguatemi with my family or friends, have lunch or dinner in good restaurants like Coco Bambu, Gero, Soho and Bela Cintra, walk in Aguas Claras park or in Pontão, bowling in Striker bowling, shopping or stay home.

The best thing about Brasilia is that the city can be calm or agitated, it depends what on you want to do. The worst thing is the weather and the distance from one place to another.

Secondly, some games are paid and you have to spend your money with some things are not importante. Lastly, games and the feeling of being able to have everything in your hands can cause dependence.
